• Track tenant information and lease agreements
• Record and monitor rental payments

• Manage maintenance requests and property issues
• Access analytics and reports for their rental portfolio

3. User Accounts

To use LawveeTenants, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Responsibilities

LawveeTenants is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected immediately
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

In no event shall LawveeTenants be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Subscription and Payments

Some features of LawveeTenants may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
